Acvietnamaviation.vnmodation was fine. Standard room with no window was tight but sufficient. Amenities were basic. Hot water shower was sporadic. Property looked a bit dated. Rooftop bar not functioning.

The location is very convenient to lớn Old Quarter và food và shopping. Excellent service và nice ammenities in the room. The khách sạn property is nice, but starting lớn show wear. We stayed in the suite and it was a great room - spacious, vietnamaviation.vnfortable & a huge bathroom! The service was good whenever we needed anything but the layout of the khách sạn where we can bypass the lobby and go straight our floor meant that the staff felt somewhat distant. There is construction work across the road but that is not the hotel's fault - There is construction everywhere in Hanoi. There was also construction inside the hotel as they are building their spa. We were warned about this upon kiểm tra in và it didn't really affect us that much as we were out most of the day. Great location with it being right next khổng lồ the attraction St Joseph's Cathedral. But this also meant very early bell ringings from the Cathedral.
