It was a very convenient location near Kiem lake. The balcony overlooking the busy street was fun but didn't seem khổng lồ loud when we had the door closed.
Good location but wish it was a cleaner experience. Came back to the room one night khổng lồ find trash (food packaging etc) on the floor và lumps of hair on the bed. As it was late, did not hotline for rectifications và simply avoided the dirty areas. Trash was cleared the next day.
Our first check-in wasn't really good. Staff were not friendly, the room wasn't very nice... After 2 or 3 nights we went to Ha Long Bay... Và after we booked another hotel... We received e-mail from khách sạn and they informed us for upgrading the room. When we back we met Emily (hotel manager) Emily is cuch nice lady, she was helpful & very friendly. She did apologise lớn us và upgrading our room, & we stayed only one night more... Because we already had booked another hotel.Before checked out we ask to buy a bath towels... Emily wasn't there và staff had to ask about... The answer was YES we can buy... & when we try to lớn pay, the girls say, no need lớn pay... Emily said it be free for us... So we had nice benefit and souvenir from the hotel...thank you Emily! P.S. If all staff were lượt thích Emily the hotel be perfect without any complaints, & we will stay for 10 nights as we booked. Hope they be better in the future. Once again THANK YOU EMILY for every thing you did for us! ❤️
