We stayed at one VIP room, which had a separate bedroom & living room, and one twin-bed. Both are very good, the amenities are new, the room is large and comfortable with direct view lớn the city. Very good hotel and I would recommend staying here when you visit Ban Me Thuot

This hotel is in a good location và has a co-op mart for shopping within 30 meters. I enjoyed the hotel very much. They have a pool & fitness center on the site. The breakfast was very good, more Asian fare than Western, but you can find enough Western food to lớn get by. The staff has some English at the front desk, but that is about it. I had no problems though. All the staff were very friendly và do their best khổng lồ make your stay enjoyable. If ever in Buon Ma Thuot i would stay there again.

They let their guests bring durians & stinky stuff inside the lobby & rooms. When I complained about the smell, they simply said sorry và did nothing. I paid around $200 per night for the suite with one extra bed. Definitely not coming back.

This is the new hotel, the equipment was new and good quality. Our room was perfect with high level, the view was good! The location was not good, not in the đô thị center, but also not bad. The staff was friendly & helpful! Well done!

We stayed here for one night in this hotel. Very good location with access lớn all places, Co-op supermarket next door Very spacious & large rooms. Excellent customer service. We wanted to hire a scooter for thành phố ride. The hotel arranged for it without any deposit. The hotel helped us in booking a day tour as well. Good, English speaking front desk staff. Very smiling & willing khổng lồ help. Breakfast spread was very good. Good breakfast options although limited for vegetarians. Best place lớn stay in Buon Ma Thuot

We have Day-use stay as waiting for transit to Danang Very good sales services - She done prompt action. Nice check in with friendly female receptionist. Sorry not remember both name Our children lượt thích the hotel much, Xmas decoration esp. Empty restaurant with noice when we dining - staff learnt from that We will come back when we visit our hometown.

The hotel is a bit out of the thành phố center, & it is the tallest building in the area - 18 floors while other houses around are only 3-4 floor at max, so you can enjoy the panoramic view of the city from khách sạn room. The room is not sound-proof, so there are a lot traffic noises in the street-front rooms - better ask for the back-side rooms.

The room is big & spacious, toilet has bath tub with jacuzzi. Variety of foods during breakfast. The food chất lượng are good as well. The hotel staffs especially Ms Quynh are very friendly and making the stay even more pleasant. Totally recommend this hotel for all travellers.

The staffs are really friendly , from bellboy to lớn reception the room is quite large with me, và the meal is perfect :| just one downside is the receptionist ( name Tra or Ha, i don't remember) has stolen my heart :(, b/c of her smile will return this if comeback khổng lồ BuonMaThuot again

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were fantastic. Food at restaurant & breakfast was also very nice. Only downside was bathroom, when having a shower a lot of water ended up on the floor due lớn poor design. Other than this thoroughly recommend.
